Residential Developer –
Carmel, Indiana

A&F conducted a traffic analysis on behalf of a residential developer for a townhouse community in Carmel, Indiana. This project included existing traffic data collection, traffic forecasting, and capacity analysis calculations. The findings were summarized in a technical document.
